Description:
Elite™03X WELL CLEANER is a powerful surfactant and solvent package. ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER is designed for well-bore cleaning of all drilling fluid systems. ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER performs at high temperatures whilst also being very active in cold temperature environments, such as deep-water wells. The combined action of the solvents and surfactants in ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER serve to both release the solids and mud residue from the down-hole surfaces and flocculate/collect them, facilitating removal from the well-bore. ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER can also be used for cleaning hard surfaces. ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER is one of our range of well cleaning products.
Application:
- ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER is recommended at levels of 5 – 20% v/v, in the main clean-up pill.
- ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER is also used successfully in High-Vis pills to aid in the removal of heavy solids prior to pumping the main clean-up pill.
- ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER is also highly effective at displacing many different types of drilling fluids. There are certain circumstances, however, when alternative products may yield better results. Recommendation and application of products will take into consideration many factors, including drilling fluid type and properties, bottom hole temperature, rig logistics etc.
- ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER can be used for surface cleaning of oily residues in the range of 2 to 5%, depending on the level of contaminant to be removed
- FSDS representatives should be consulted regarding specific recommendation for each treatment.
Packaging and Storage:
- ELITE™ 03X WELL CLEANER is available in a variety of packaging up to 4500l offshore tanks.
