Elite Degradable Sealing Element
A sealing element is needed for constructing an effective frac plugs. Over the years, we have developed our propriety sealing elements for both sealing elements and Metal to Metal seal Mg alloys. Our degradable sealing elements have a similar mechanical property to NBR and are designed and engineered to decompose into small particulates upon exposure to frac fluids, formation fluids or completion fluids independent of the salt concentrations. Our two types of DSE are capable of handling downhole conditions with HT (BHT>=170 °F) and LT (BHT~100 °F-180 °F), both rated over 10K psi. Upon degradation, our proprietary formulation will ensure that the elements will decompose into smaller particulates with D50 around 0.5-1”OD.
